Got this beast outside today in the cloudy skies. Held it up and took some shots. Looks like it's underwater about to surface I thought. Hope you like them.

RANGER 3 IN FULL PRIMER.

Hello. Here she is ready to go to full paint. This has an intricate paint job with three colours including red stripes. Wish me luck, it's a tough one this.........

This is the craft from the opening scenes from The Universal show of the same name. It was caught in a freak happening that returned him to earth 500 years later.

Well she is finished. This looks really quite different than the usual stuff I make. Strange looking thing and I am pleased with the outcome.

GLASSES.

Well..............the day finally came. I'm 44 now, going on 13. But last week while making the FALKE, my eyes were trying to focus on a part with some difficulty. To the opticians and after parting with a fucking stupid amount of money for the things they have arrived. I should actually have gone to Specsavers......could have saved a fortune. Nevermind. I am not photogenic at all and these do not help the fact either.............joys of getting old.

FALKE FINAL STAGE WEATHERING.

Nearly at the end of this now. It is coming together quite well. A few more bits to do and she is finished. Any comments welcome.

FALKE WEATHERING STARTED.

MIG pastels and charcoal are the order of the day for the start of the weathering process on this bad boy. It's a slow system but it works for me. Has some nice results. Here's some pics, enjoy,

FALKE PAINTED.

Been Painting this FALKE: Anti Gravity Fighter this week. Painted in a new FORD grey that looks remarkably 1940's in colour. This will have the chipped paint and heavy weathering added as the week progresses. Here's an update of the ship before it starts looking dated.
